About the role

  • As an Executive Protection Specialist at Workday, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive security services to our executive leadership.
  • You will play a critical role in proactively identifying and mitigating risks, ensuring seamless and secure travel, and
  • maintaining a safe and secure environment for our executives in all settings.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement tailored executive protection plans based on comprehensive threat and vulnerability assessments.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Global Security Operations Center, Travel, Administrative Staff) and external partners (e.g., local law enforcement, security vendors) to ensure seamless and secure executive movements.
  • Maintain a high level of situational awareness and proactively identify potential threats or security concerns.
  • Collaborate with other security team members on global security initiatives and projects.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of international security protocols and considerations.
  • Extensive experience in providing close protection during domestic and international travel.
  • Strong knowledge of security best practices, risk mitigation strategies, and relevant security technologies.
  • Excellent judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.

Compensation

  • $75,300 USD - $112,900 USD
