The Welder Fabricator is responsible for fabricating, assembling, and welding metal components and structures to support assembly shop production. This role reads blueprints/specs, performs MIG/TIG/stick welding as required, fabricates brackets, skids, and structural assemblies, and ensures finished work meets quality and safety standards. Perform welding (MIG, TIG, stick as applicable) on steel, aluminum, or other materials per job requirements
Maintain welding equipment and shop tools; report maintenance needs
Collaborate with assembly team to meet production schedules
Provide occasional fabrication support to panelshop/electrical department as needed

Proficiency in MIG/TIG/stick welding methods
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
Experience with hand/power tools (grinders, cutters, drills, etc.)
Physical ability to lift materials, stand for extended periods, work in shop conditions
Experience fabricating industrial equipment, skids, or enclosures
Familiarity with structural steel and sheet metal work
