About the role

We're looking for a Director to join our Experience Team.
If you're an experienced and collaborative leader with a passion for sports and entertainment, and a keen eye for detail and organization, this role could be a good fit for you.

Build innovative insight-driven strategic pitch decks and creative plans for our clients to meet and exceed their objectives, on time, on budget, and on brand
Ability to develop and build trusted client relationships, proactively identifying organic growth opportunities and business solutions.
Excellent business manager, able to effectively manage the resourcing and financial/budget management of multiple clients and teams at once.
Supervise multiple project teams consisting of Senior Managers, Managers, Associate Managers, Coordinators, Creative leads and Operation Managers, helping to determine resource allocations for each project on an ongoing basis.
Use forward thinking initiative to identify the best strategic opportunities and continue to deliver top results to the client, while synthesizing significant amounts of information to develop influential storylines
An expert with PowerPoint and/or other presentation software - able to build creative and visually impactful slides that creatively and coherently articulate the various client briefs, opportunities and potential campaigns

8-10 years relevant experiential and/or sponsorship industry experience
Operate with a high degree of emotional intelligence, helping to foster growth of your team, with a strong influence and impact on the overall experience division.

The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc.
Compensation decisions are dependent on circumstances of each role

Entrepreneurial, self-starter mentality with the ability to operate at a high level and drive decisions
$105K - $120K CAD, plus bonus potential if applicable for role.
