Responsibilities

- Schedule and manage complex interviews across teams, time zones, and formats (phone, Zoom, in-person)
- Own the candidate experience
- Maintain clean, accurate data in our ATS (Ashby)
- You'll own interview logistics, candidate communication, and the operational backbone that keeps our recruiting process moving fast without sacrificing quality or humanity.
- Help build recruiting infrastructure that actually scales
