About the role
- As a member of a small but scrappy marketing team, you will work closely with the product and sales teams to understand our unique value propositions.
- Most importantly, you'll ensure that contacts and activities are accounted for in HubSpot, which serves as the foundation for our data-driven work and long-term business relationships.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day configuration of our HubSpot CRM.
- Set up and maintain consistent workflows, automations, and campaign attribution across platforms.
- Regularly check contact data, segments, database integrations, and lead routing.
- Maintain data quality and clean up messy data from uploads and syncs.
- Design and deliver accurate reports that show what we've done and what's working.
- Support and launch paid ad campaigns with the help of CRM data.
- Implement and experiment with new marketing and sales tools, and develop AI-assisted outreach workflows.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to execute projects like webinars and product launches that generate awareness and drive demand.
- Help create high-quality marketing content - including product guides, social media, sales enablement, and video - across different channels.
- Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you'll support a wide range of promotional tasks, like: optimizing paid ads, researching target buyers, producing content for product launches, and helping run events.
Requirements
- Comfort juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Requirements 1-3 years of experience in marketing or business operations.
- Advanced and referenceable proficiency in HubSpot, in an operational or analytical role.
- Experience with ad platforms, GA4, SQL, and Salesforce.
- You must be able to meet quarterly in Boston, and to support Trade Shows nationally.
- Employment Authorization Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
Nice to have
- However, candidates near/accessible to NYC, Boston, or Cleveland are strongly preferred.
