Responsibilities
- Precision grind tungsten electrodes to support stable arc performance and weld quality.
- Make machine or tooling adjustments to maintain quality tolerances and escalate issues when needed.
Requirements
- Ability to follow technical documentation and instructions accurately
- Ability to read and understand English
- No prior welding or manufacturing experience required-we provide comprehensive training for the right candidate!
