About the role

  • Define and oversee implementation of divisional initiatives.
  • Organizational Development and Continuous Improvement of Policies and Procedures (≥25%) Assist Directors in making informed decisions on significant operational matters at the department level.
  • Assist Directors in shaping and enforcing company-wide policies, ensuring they align with immediate operations and broader organizational goals.

  • Reporting to an Executive Director, the Design Division Director is accountable for divisional performance, organizational growth, staffing strategy, client relationship management, and resource planning.
  • The Design Division Director serves as a senior organizational leader with broad decision-making authority, influencing departmental strategy, operational performance, talent development, and long-term business growth.
  • ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Strategic Leadership and Organizational Direction (≤50%) Drive long-range strategic planning in alignment with departmental objectives.
  • Collaborate directly with department leadership to shape organizational strategy and structure.
  • Guide and support teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Drive business development strategy and market positioning within the data center and MEP consulting sectors.
  • Drive the adoption of data analytics for divisional planning and forecasting.
  • Success in this role requires balancing strategic planning with operational execution while fostering a high-performing, collaborative culture that supports DLB's organizational goals and client commitments.
  • Lead change management initiatives and cultivate a high-performance culture.
