About the role
- Assists in making decisions on all normal and minor repairs and reports major problems to the Facilities Manager.
- Cleans grounds, sidewalks and parking areas, picking up litter and debris, branches using necessary electrical equipment.
- Responds to emergency problems in the facility and emergency repairs as needed.
Requirements
- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
- Work requires ability to learn how to read mechanical and architectural drawings.
- Ability to move heavy equipment weighing up to sixty pounds.
- Ability to use tools required by duties.
