Requirements

  • Completed Master's Degree (at minimum) in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or Counseling, or Ph.D./Psy.D. in Clinical or Counseling Psychology.
  • Requires the ability to work under high stress conditions for long periods.
  • Ability to use equipment in an office or clinical environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience working in a PCBH or IBH model strongly preferred.

  • Provides evidence-informed, brief behavioral health interventions and consultation services to patients within the Grace Health primary care setting using the Primary Care Behavioral Health (PCBH) model.
  • Reports to the Behavioral Health Manager.
  • Clinical supervision is provided by the Behavioral Health Director and/or appropriate licensed behavioral health supervisor.
  • Frequent collaboration with medical providers, nurses, and support staff in exam rooms and other shared clinical spaces.
