Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Site Development and Vertical Construction teams and Engineering Services to identify timelines, goals, needs and objectives
- Manage scheduling meetings related to construction milestones, such as pre-construction meetings, site development kick-off meetings, progress meetings, etc.
- Perform other duties as directed by Director of Development Services.
- Understand and coordinate technical documents related to construction, such as current drawings, shop drawings, approved documents, photos, inspection reports, submittals, code requirements, and as-built drawings, and be able to integrate into relevant software, such as Autodesk Construction Cloud
- Hillpointe is a fully integrated real estate development and investment management firm focused on developing market-rate workforce housing across the Sun Belt.
- For each project, Hillpointe directly controls land acquisition, land development, construction, procurement of building materials, asset management, and capital markets.
- Hillpointe is a vertically integrated multi-family development designer and builder, with in-house engineering and construction teams that manage developments through the complete project life cycle (from initial site assessment to final construction completion).
- The Site Development Project Manager will collaborate with both the construction team in the field and the engineering teams to ensure timely construction of projects.
Requirements
- Attend pre-construction meetings as needed, provide initial BMP inspections as required, and coordinate initial setup of NPDES/SWPPP monitoring
