About the role
- Prepare and present lessons, lectures, assignments, quizzes, exams, lab activities, and lab demonstrations for learners, if applicable, given the course outline.
Responsibilities
- Maintain records for the purposes of grading, assessing professionalism, and tracking attendance in both theory and lab classes if given the course outline.
- Provide ongoing support, guidance, and advice to students.
- Maintain contact with relevant industry sectors.

Requirements
- Experience in facilitating online and in-person considered an asset.
- Basic level of Proficiency working in Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.
- Minimum Post-secondary Diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture. An equivalent combination of directly related education and experience may be considered.
- Demonstrated expertise in energy-efficient design, building science, and sustainable construction.
- Proven experience as an instructor, trainer, or educator, preferably in adult/professional learning environments.
- Integrating high-performance principles into new or existing designs, including alternate assemblies, materials, mechanical systems, and penetration details.
- Experience with a Learning Management System considered an asset.
- Ability to read, interpret, and deliver specific curriculum.
