Responsibilities

  • Manage and process assigned escrow files, through exceptional communication and coordination of escrow team.
  • Leads team in resolving complex title issues.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma is required.

  • This position must have an established book of business or be able to establish a book of business within a reasonable amount of time to meet given performance standards.

Compensation

  • $69,305.60 to $88,200.00 Annually DOE
  • Incentive bonus based on company profitability.
  • Vacation 10 to 25 days per year.
  • Compensation Salary Range $69,305.60 - $88,200.00 annually (depending on experience and qualifications).
  • With tenure and strong performance an employee may earn up to a maximum of $95,000.00 annually.
