Responsibilities
- Own the company roadmap and determine what product or feature to build and when to build it
- Drive cross-functional coordination across product, design, engineering, marketing, operations, and customer success
- Lead a small team as a player-coach, carrying your own product workstreams while coaching others to sharpen their skills and grow their careers
- Personally own product workstreams, not just oversee them - ensuring progress on all initiatives and leading by example
- Build and refine product development processes and systems in partnership with engineering leadership

Requirements
- 8-10+ years in product roles, ideally at a fast-growing SaaS or technology company
- 2+ years managing product managers and designers
- Experience owning and shipping multiple successful products at scale - not just features
- Comfortable taking strategic direction and independently translating it into an executable roadmap
- A track record of hands-on ownership - you'd rather be building the thing than managing the people building it
- Experience influencing or leading cross-functional partners, even if not through formal authority
Nice to have
- Early employee at a high-growth startup
- Familiarity with general manager structures and outcome-based accountability
- Experience in wholesale distribution or the trades
