About the role

Conduct audits to ensure integrity of information.
Cultivate partnership with the facility DO.
Establish and administer periodic evaluations, examine each area's performance on maintaining of the policies. - Ensure compliance with company policies and protocols by:Driving facility compliance to policies and protocols.

Conduct analysis (using PQM toolbox) to determine and support the plan.Maintaining facility-staffing reports such as Long Term Staffing and Terms and Transfers with the highest degree of accuracy.
