About the role
- Conduct audits to ensure integrity of information.
- Cultivate partnership with the facility DO.
- Advise the DO on the proper action plans and specific steps that need to be taken in order to improve.Leading the facility management and supervision thru the proper execution of corporate policies and programs in direct alignment with corporate goals.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain successful cross-functional partnerships by:Working jointly with the DO on eliminating obstacles detrimental to the success of the programs.
- Manage consistent follow up to ensure the results are being sustained.Leading facility startups, transitions and business changes from planning perspective.
Requirements
- Conduct analysis (using PQM toolbox) to determine and support the plan.Maintaining facility-staffing reports such as Long Term Staffing and Terms and Transfers with the highest degree of accuracy.
