Responsibilities

- Working alongside senior project managers, business stakeholders, and technical teams, you will help drive project execution, coordinate resources, manage project documentation, and support project governance activities.
- The ideal candidate is highly organized, curious, proactive, and eager to develop a career in technology project management.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Ability to facilitate meetings, capture requirements, and document decisions.
- PMP certification is preferred Key Responsibilities Support the planning, coordination, and execution of technology projects across multiple business functions.
- Maintain project schedules, action item logs, risk documentation, and project documentation.
- Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting outcomes.
- Partner with business and technical teams to gather requirements and document business needs.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, operations, technology, consulting, or related business functions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field.
