- Hosts are responsible for welcoming guests warmly, ensuring each guest is made to feel valued and work to find a seat for as many guests as possible.

Responsibilities
- Manage the reservation system and look for ways to best accommodate as many guests as strategically possible.
- Support coworkers, look for ways to be helpful and proactive, anticipate the needs of guests and coworkers Maintain the inviting appearance of the property by regularly cleaning, organizing and replenishing surroundings.
- Perform daily logistics and cleaning tasks each morning and before closing.
Requirements
- Must be kind and fun at all times.
- All staff members are required to look for opportunities to assist fellow employees and encourage coworkers daily.
Compensation
- Today, over 80,000 tourists visit Willett annually necessitating a number of hospitality expansion projects including the addition of a classic cocktail bar and coffee shop.
