Responsibilities

- You will also provide frontline crisis intervention, answer phones and route calls as needed, ensure reception area is tidy, and perform other duties as requested by supervisor.
Compensation
- In this role you will provide necessary support to residents for a variety of issues, make hourly observation rounds and document in the communication log, communicate incidents to supervisory staff via written incident reports and communication log, and attend staff meetings.
