About the role

The Distribution Center Manager oversees all warehouse and yard operations, ensuring compliance with company standards, optimizing processes, and leading a high-performing team.
This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Lead daily distribution operations to meet IPEX quality and service standards
Manage, coach, and develop warehouse staff
Track and manage key performance indicators (KPIs)
Support continuous improvement initiatives and system enhancements (including SAP EWM)
Professional development and certification support

Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg)
Required use of PPE (safety glasses, vest, gloves, safety shoes, etc.)
Perform other duties as required

Skills

3-5 years of team management experience
Experience with SAP EWM
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Understanding of health and safety legislation
