Responsibilities
- Program Coordination & Support
- Collect learner feedback and support evaluation reporting for continuous improvement
- Content Creation & Instructional Design
- Support analysis of training data to identify effectiveness, trends, and improvement opportunities
Nice to have
- 2-4 years of experience in L&D or Human Resources
- Experience administering an LMS or working with eLearning tools preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Additional Requirements
- Adhere to all company safety policies and customer requirements
Skills
- Coordinate logistics for internal and external training programs, including scheduling, communications, and attendance tracking
- Serve as a primary point of contact for external training vendors
- Utilize content tools and resources, including OpenSesame library materials
- Update and refresh existing content to ensure accuracy and relevance
- Upload, test, and publish learning content
- Track course completions, compliance records, and training data
- Provide technical support to learners, managers, and instructors
- Generate and distribute learning and compliance reports

- Maintain feedback and evaluation mechanisms to measure learning effectiveness
- Partner with Learning & Development (L&D) and Marketing to promote learning opportunities via email, LMS, and intranet communications
- Manage learning paths, course catalogs, enrollments, and auto-assignments within the LMS
