About the job… The Manufacturing Team Manager oversees and coordinates manufacturing operations, ensuring products are produced efficiently, on time, and within budget to meet quality standards and customer needs.
This is an onsite position located in Greenwood IN.

include: Develop and manage production schedules, coordinate activities, and ensure timely delivery of products.
Manage operational budgets, control costs, and identify ways to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
Manage own cost account, P4.
Supervise and lead production teams, fostering a productive work environment and ensuring staff meet their potential.
By own presence drive performance of the team and employees.
Drive performance meetings, improvement meetings and related activities.
Execute perform audits according to ALPS.

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing or Operations Management.
Experience with ERP or S&OP preferred.

Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for liaising with different departments, suppliers, and upper management.
The ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing demands.
