  • Lead crews in the field and pick up tools when needed - this is a working superintendent role
  • lead toolbox talks and site safety audits
  • Manage material procurement, equipment staging, and tool logistics to keep the job moving without interruption
  • Conduct quality control inspections throughout the project to ensure installations meet code and design intent
  • Growth Opportunities: Develop new skills, take on exciting challenges, and advance your career in meaningful ways.

  • Proficiency reading and interpreting electrical drawings, specs, and RFIs
  • OSHA 30 certification (construction) or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required - field travel is an essential function of this role)
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Skills

  • Keep projects moving - proactively identify delays, material shortages, or scope issues and resolve them before they become problems
  • Read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and one-line diagrams; direct accurate field installations
  • Mentor foremen, journeymen, and apprentices - hold the crew to high standards of craft, safety, and professionalism
  • Maintain daily field reports, timesheets, and project documentation

Compensation

  • Competitive compensation
