- Run jobs end-to-end: manage schedules, coordinate with GCs and other trades, track labor costs, and hit milestones
- Lead crews in the field and pick up tools when needed - this is a working superintendent role
- lead toolbox talks and site safety audits
- Manage material procurement, equipment staging, and tool logistics to keep the job moving without interruption
- Conduct quality control inspections throughout the project to ensure installations meet code and design intent
- Growth Opportunities: Develop new skills, take on exciting challenges, and advance your career in meaningful ways.

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required - field travel is an essential function of this role)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
Skills
- Keep projects moving - proactively identify delays, material shortages, or scope issues and resolve them before they become problems
