- S hape the product hands-on - partner with Product to define what to build, then design and deliver i t within the Product Organization while setting standards for code quality, architecture, and delivery
Skills
- Use agentic coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor) daily to accelerate prototyping, refactoring, test generation, and documentation
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with demonstrated technical leadership
- Strong experience building and operating production distrib
