- The Senior Manager, Physical Security Technology plays a critical role in leading our enterprise physical security technology program across 25+ countries.
- In this role, you will oversee the deployment, lifecycle management, and strategic direction of our video surveillance (CCTV), intrusion detection, and physical access control systems.
- Your expertise in physical security technology management, vendor partnership, and enterprise systems will directly contribute to protecting RBC's employees, clients, and assets from evolving threats.
- What will you do?
- Monitor emerging physical security technologies (drone detection systems, security robotics, frontier AI applications) and evaluate opportunities to enhance our security posture and operational efficiency.
- Monitor system performance, security controls, and technology processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and enterprise policies.
- Conduct technology reviews and provide strategic guidance on security system improvements and operational enhancements What do you need to succeed?
