About the role

Responsibilities
- Support compensation modeling and scenario analysis as the company scales
- Identify manual, repetitive workflows across the People function and build the automations that replace them
- Configure and maintain Workday business processes, security roles, reports, and calculated fields
- You'll need solid Workday experience to do the job, but this role is really about what you build on top of it.
- Build the data infrastructure that powers compensation decisions, headcount tracking, and org management
Requirements
- 2-5 years in a People Systems, HRIS, or People Ops role at a fast-moving company
- Workday experience with real configuration depth - business processes, reports, security roles
- Applicants must be based in the United States.
