- Remote Training Schedule: Full‑time (40 hours per week).
- 100% virtual training program lasting approximately 4 months.
Responsibilities
- Internet service must adequately support the employee's work hours to ensure optimal voice & data quality.

Requirements
- Saturday shifts (9:00am-7:15pm) are required during bullpen (on-the-job training) to support live calls
- Saturday shifts (9:00am-7:15pm) are required during bullpen (on-the-job training) to support live calls; when scheduled, a weekday off will be provided.
Nice to have
- Full-Time Schedule (40 hours/week).
- Work shifts will be scheduled within the hours of 9:00am-9:15pm Monday-Friday, and every Saturday between 9:00am-7:15pm.
- One weekday off will be provided each week.
- You must have the ability to directly connect to ISP via Ethernet (No DSL, Satellite, Hot Spots, etc.).
- Modem/Router must be in the same room as the computer equipment with an internet speed of at least 50mbps to 100mbps for downloads and 10mbps for uploads.
- You are required to provide documentation regarding your carrier & internet speed.
- Regular attendance in virtual team meetings and training sessions.
- Availability during standard business hours and flexibility for possible shift adjustments.
