Responsibilities

  • Global Brand Positioning: Lead development of foundational brand strategy, architecture, and positioning for this industry-defining tech giant across its full product portfolio.
  • Team Leadership & Practice Building: Mentorship: Manage and mentor a team of brand strategists - directors, seniors, and beyond.
  • Establish best practices, elevate the discipline, and contribute to building a world-class strategy organization.
  • Client Advisory & Business Growth: Build real, trusted relationships with senior marketing leaders at this multi-platform digital consumer and enterprise empire.
  • Partner with Client Leadership and Creative teams to identify new opportunities, support proactive thinking, and lead strategic components of new business pitches.

Compensation

  • The anticipated salary range for this role varies by geographic location.
  • Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, interview assessment, skills, geographic location, and internal equity.
  • In addition to base salary, Monks offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth.
  • $140,000 - $160,000 USD
  • Monks has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what Monks may pay for the position at the time of posting.
  • Monks may ultimately pay more or less than the posted compensation range.
  • The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on job-related factors, but not based on a candidate's sex or any other protected status.
