About the role

  • This position is responsible for coordinating end-to-end merchandise logistics, including inbound and outbound shipments, stock transfers, and internal shipping requests across all locations.
  • Serving as the primary liaison between Merchandise, Logistics, and Warehouse teams, ensure accurate documentation, timely deliveries, and inventory integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Business Partner Relationship Manager, this role supports multiple stages of the product development lifecycle, including being the key connector between Merchandise, Logistics, and Warehouse teams.

Nice to have

  • Act as the primary liaison with the Logistics and Warehouse teams to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments;
  • Ensure all goods are shipped, received, and delivered according to PO requirements, timelines, and quality standards;
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal requests, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.;
  • Serve as the primary representative of the Merchandise team by managing and responding to communications received through the shared department mailbox, ensuring timely, professional, and accurate response;
  • Complete all other job-related duties as assigned.
  • Associates degree in, Supply Chain Management, Business, Merchandising or a related field, or on the job/work equivalent experience;
  • At least one year of experience working in traditional and/or non-traditional logistics outlets;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions;
