About the role
- This position is responsible for coordinating end-to-end merchandise logistics, including inbound and outbound shipments, stock transfers, and internal shipping requests across all locations.
- Serving as the primary liaison between Merchandise, Logistics, and Warehouse teams, ensure accurate documentation, timely deliveries, and inventory integrity.

Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Business Partner Relationship Manager, this role supports multiple stages of the product development lifecycle, including being the key connector between Merchandise, Logistics, and Warehouse teams.

- Act as the primary liaison with the Logistics and Warehouse teams to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments;
- Ensure all goods are shipped, received, and delivered according to PO requirements, timelines, and quality standards;
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal requests, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.;
- Serve as the primary representative of the Merchandise team by managing and responding to communications received through the shared department mailbox, ensuring timely, professional, and accurate response;
- Complete all other job-related duties as assigned.
- Associates degree in, Supply Chain Management, Business, Merchandising or a related field, or on the job/work equivalent experience;
- At least one year of experience working in traditional and/or non-traditional logistics outlets;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions;
