Responsibilities
- Create PV layouts with to support the electrical design of the project in collaboration with other disciplines.
- Perform electrical "blocking" and MV routing for PV design
- Evaluating design alternatives to solve constructability, code, and site challenges.
- Ability to lead design projects, mentor junior staff, and maintain design standards.

Requirements
- Associate or Technical Degree in CAD, Survey, Construction, or Engineering or B.S. in Engineering, Technology or Construction related fields from an accredited institution or acceptable equivalent.
- 8+ years of experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively across disciplines
Nice to have
- While prior experience is a plus, we welcome candidates with 4+ years of professional experience who are eager to grow in a supportive environment.
Compensation
- $90k-$115k
