About the role

  • We ar e seeking a Cloud Engineer to join the Container Management Platform team within Cleint Architecture and Engineering.

Responsibilities

  • Buil d, deploy, and maintain Kubernetes clusters (EKS and AKS).
  • Extend Kubernetes functionality, including building operators and custom resources.
  • Develop scalable cloud applications using AWS and/or Azure.
  • Create SDKs in Go or Python and contribute to automation scripting.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and integrate DevOps best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver containerized solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in software and cloud engineering.
  • Strong expertise in Kubernetes (EKS and AKS).
  • Proficiency in Java or Golang.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
  • Strong understanding of Kubernetes core concepts and cloud-native application development.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud services.
  • Familiarity with software engineering best practices and DevOps cultur e.
  • Bachelors Degree

Nice to have

  • Experience with GitOps-based tooling (e.g., ArgoCD).
  • Experience creating SDKs in Go or Python scripting.
  • Familiarity with container orchestration and automation at scale.
  • Certifications Rele vant cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes) p referred.
