About the role

  • The MMS Charlotte DC is in Rock Hill, SC and is within 15 minutes of the city of Charlotte.
  • The area has a balanced and diversified economy across unique settings, from rural to urban environments and everything in between.
  • The area is family friendly with numerous attractions such as Carowinds Amusement Park, Lake Wylie and the new Carolinas Panthers training center currently under construction.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Leadership to ensure building safety and security initiatives
  • Maintain the integrity of the Power Industrial Training process, perform inspections and observations of current operators.
  • Lead the Distribution Center Safety Committee
  • Enforce building cleanliness as it pertains to safe practices
  • Our warehouse team will consist of 155+ team members to support the business.

Requirements

  • Requires 3+ years of related experience.

Skills

  • Critical thinking skills - root cause analysis (Ask 5 Why's)
  • Basic Math - add/subtract/multiply/divide
  • Good Communication
  • Speak with team members to explain processes
  • PC use - basic data entry, Excel, Word, Outlook
