About the role

Responsibilities

  • This role translates care delivery and clinical operations into clear, concise reports and visualizations to support quality improvement, operational decision-making, and research initiatives.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Excel and Power BI for clinical, nursing, and leadership audiences.
  • Design and implement data collection tools for research and quality Improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with clinicians, nurses, researchers, and administrators to ensure data is accurate.
  • Clean and manage datasets.
  • Conduct statistical analyses and prepare tables, charts, and summaries to document findings.
  • Manage analytic projects with appropriate documentation to ensure continuity of grant requirements

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Excel, including data analysis and reporting
  • Experience creating data visualizations and dashboards using Power BI
  • Ability to translate clinical and care delivery data into clear, concise reports
  • Required Qualifications
