About the role

We have revolutionized the US golf simulator industry from the commercial golf simulator market success at the global level by offering first-of-its-kind overhead launch monitors in the open technology platform to thousands of individual golfers.
This role ensures seamless communication between systems including databases, software applications, APIs and operational platforms.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in database administration, system integration, and platform performance optimization.

Administer, maintain, and optimize company databases to ensure reliability, performance, and data integrity.
Design and maintain data pipelines, system integrations, and API connectivity between platforms.
Implement database backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures.
Work with engineering teams to support new product features, integrations, and software releases.
Maintain documentation for system architecture, database schemas, and integration workflows.
Support data reporting and analytics infrastructure by ensuring accurate and efficient data availability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
Assist in scaling infrastructure to support company growth and increased platform usage.

Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field.
7-10 years of experience in systems administration, database administration, or infrastructure management.
Must be an expert with NetSuite (NS), Shopify and integrations, like Celigo and/or TrueCommerce.
Experience with database performance tuning, indexing, query optimization, and monitoring.
