Responsibilities
- Manage communications and messaging between customer regions and internal planning counterparts.
- Drive Spares Delivery Performance across all products for your region by reviewing stocking levels, replenishments, field demand behavior and upcoming ramp.
- Perform miss analysis and drive cross-functional actions that impact current and future Fill Rate performance.
- Ability to recognize process gaps and drive improvements holistically across cross functional teams
- Conduct ramp readiness reviews for spares support within assigned region.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across KLA to improve customer experience and develop mechanisms that support operational excellence
- Educate internal stakeholders of metrics, planning methodologies and support entitlements
Requirements
- 5 years of related experience with a Bachelors degree
- or 3 years experience with a Master's degree

Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree plus 3+ years of related experience.
- BS or BA, preferably in a relevant field such as Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Data Analytics.
- High proficiency in MS Excel;, SQL a plus
- Experience with trade and compliance regulations is preferred.
- Experience with S&OP processes.
- Experience with inventory planning is preferred.
- Critical thinking and strong analytical
- Excellent communication/presentation, organizational, analytical, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Skills
- Ability to work well on cross-functional teams in multiple locations and time zones.
- Successful candidates must have clear sense of urgency and adaptability to fast moving and highly competitive industry.
- Must be able to work on multiple projects in parallel as needed.

Compensation
- $77,800.00 - $132,300.00 Annually
- Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
- The range displayed reflects the pay for this position in the primary location identified in this posting.
- Actual pay depends on several factors, including state minimum pay wage rates, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education level or training.
