About the role

Our two primary products - BlinkRx and Quick Save - remove traditional roadblocks within the current prescription supply chain, resulting in better access to critical medications and improved health outcomes for patients.
BlinkRx is the world's first pharma-to-patient cloud that offers a digital concierge service for patients who are prescribed branded medications.
With BlinkRx, never again will a patient show up at the pharmacy only to discover that they can't afford their medication, their doctor needs to fill out a form for them, or the pharmacy doesn't have the medication in stock.

Process Improvement & Operational Design: Drive initiatives that improve pharmacy operational efficiency, quality, and scalability.
Document end-to-end workflows and partner with Product and Engineering to implement process enhancements into the product platform.
Project Execution & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead cross-functional initiatives from concept through delivery, ensuring timely execution and alignment with organizational goals.
Translate business needs into actionable plans and support the rollout of new workflows, offerings, and features.
Build consensus, track progress, and maintain clear communication across teams.
Develop key performance metrics, analyze trends, and conduct root-cause analysis on performance gaps.
Collaborate with the team analyst to build dashboards and share insights that drive continuous improvement.

Proven ability to plan and execute multiple initiatives from concept to completion, managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment.
Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
Proficiency with Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Slides, App Script) and comfort with light technical solutioning or automation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
