About the role
- The DNC is seeking a highly motivated Deputy Chief Operating Officer (Deputy COO) to provide support to and partner with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) in the execution and management of all hands-on operational aspects and day-to-day functions of the Committee.
- Critical for success at this point in the campaign cycle, this position will assist the COO in providing both leadership and operational HR expertise across the organization, as well as help manage expansion of processes throughout the midterm cycle and beyond for our work with coordinated campaign efforts.
Responsibilities
- The Deputy COO will act as a thought partner and support in developing strategic initiatives that meet the needs of a fast paced organization and election cycle.

Compensation
- The starting salary for the Deputy COO position is $150,000 on an annualized basis, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
