Responsibilities

Requirements
- At least 5+ years of experience maintenance and repair for apartment communities
Skills
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Yardi Experience preferred
- Other Requirements: Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
Compensation
- $41,230 - $47,500 based on experience, qualifications, and property needs.
