Responsibilities
- You will support patients, families and caregivers -enhancing quality of life, comfort, dignity and security in patients' end of life journey.
- Perform light housekeeping duties such as decluttering and cleaning
- In accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act 2005, upon request, support will be provided for accommodations throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience with palliative patients
- Have one of the following qualifications (required):
