Responsibilities

You will support patients, families and caregivers -enhancing quality of life, comfort, dignity and security in patients' end of life journey.
Perform light housekeeping duties such as decluttering and cleaning
In accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act 2005, upon request, support will be provided for accommodations throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year experience with palliative patients
Have one of the following qualifications (required):
