Responsibilities
- Review and approve Final Delivery Documents for Conventional Loans and Structured Loans.
- Identify document discrepancies and provide reports to sellers for resolution.
- Support manager in training staff.
- Freddie Mac partners with BountyJobs for contingency search business through outside firms.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience, ideally in commercial loan closing or related roles
- Experience training and mentoring team members at various professional levels to reach their full potential
- Strong technical skills, with experience in report generation, data analysis and supporting system workflows
- Ability to see the big picture while communicating key details
- Employees exercise this responsibility by executing against policies and procedures and adhering to privacy & security obligations as required via training programs.
- Demonstrated ability to drive efficiency and process improvements, including system testing, documentation and automation initiatives

Nice to have
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- advanced degree, preferred
- Project management expertise is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Tableau is preferred
Compensation
- This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $97,000 - $145,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program.
