About the role
- This role is responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of Broadridge's software products through testing and quality assurance best practices.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute manual test cases.
- Identify, document, and track software defects through resolution.
- Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to ensure product quality.
- Perform functional, regression and user acceptance testing.
- Develop and maintain test plans, test scripts, and testing documentation.
- Support compliance with established quality assurance standards and processes.

- Working closely with software engineers and cross-functional teams, this role helps deliver high-quality software by identifying defects, validating functionality, and supporting the software development lifecycle.

Nice to have
- Experience with manual software testing.
- Familiarity with defect tracking systems, preferably Jira.
- Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience testing enterprise software applications.

Compensation
- Range: The salary range for this position is between $80,000 - $88,000.
- Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
