- The Associate Commercial Relationship Manager ("Associate RM") is responsible for supporting the business development efforts of the Commercial Banking team to generate meaningful incremental deal flow.
Nice to have

- Refer business to other lines of business when client needs fall outside of the RM product offering, including but not limited to Treasury Management and Wealth Management
- Assist in determining credit eligibility, preparing loan narratives, and ensuring loans meet appropriate criteria.
- Assist in completing and presenting client portfolio reviews.
- Work with clients to obtain financial information and analyze and present client portfolio reviews.
- Assist in completing pitch decks, term sheet preparation and presentation.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2+ years of business specialist/commercial banking experience
Compensation
- $74,000/year to $100,000/year
- Incentive Eligibility
- All roles are incentive eligible with the exception of Co-Op, Intern, or Student positions.
