  • Drive Business Transformation & AI-Enabled Automation Lead end-to-end process modernization initiatives using automation, AI, analytics, and intelligent workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Partner with engineering and business stakeholders to design future-state solutions that improve user experience and operational effectiveness.
  • Deliver Customer-Obsessed Solutions Act as the voice of the customer by deeply understanding stakeholder needs and designing solutions that simplify experiences and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Build scalable tools, systems, and operating models that enable faster decision-making and increase organizational agility.
  • Lead Program Execution & Cross-Functional Delivery Drive complex cross-functional initiatives from concept through implementation while balancing speed, quality, compliance, and stakeholder expectations.

Compensation
