Conducting research and providing sustainability focused insights to support investment analysis, stewardship activities, and portfolio analytics;
Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders by convening investment teams, and other relevant departments, to foster collaboration and alignment on sustainability worldview.

As a member of our team, you will deliver impact on multiple elements of our sustainability strategy by:

This must be complemented by an ability to convey these concepts in a compelling manner to investment professionals and being seen as a thought leader on relevant topics.

Strengthen and simplify existing processes, with a focus on efficiency and bringing order to complex processes.
Minimum 8-10 years of relevant professional experience in consulting, investing, investment banking, sustainability, or related fields.
University degree in Business, Finance, Law, Economics, Engineering, Climate Science, Environmental Science, or other relevant disciplines
graduate-level degree (e.g., MBA) or professional designation (e.g., CFA) is an asset
Climate science background or relevant experience a plus
Strong knowledge of sustainable investing principles and tools across the investment lifecycle and familiarity with sustainability taxonomies and policies.
Structured problem solving approach.
Strong project management skills, including scoping, structuring, and delivering complex projects.
