Responsibilities
- Conducting research and providing sustainability focused insights to support investment analysis, stewardship activities, and portfolio analytics;
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders by convening investment teams, and other relevant departments, to foster collaboration and alignment on sustainability worldview.

Requirements
- This must be complemented by an ability to convey these concepts in a compelling manner to investment professionals and being seen as a thought leader on relevant topics.
Nice to have
- Strengthen and simplify existing processes, with a focus on efficiency and bringing order to complex processes.
- Minimum 8-10 years of relevant professional experience in consulting, investing, investment banking, sustainability, or related fields.
- University degree in Business, Finance, Law, Economics, Engineering, Climate Science, Environmental Science, or other relevant disciplines
- graduate-level degree (e.g., MBA) or professional designation (e.g., CFA) is an asset
- Climate science background or relevant experience a plus
- Strong knowledge of sustainable investing principles and tools across the investment lifecycle and familiarity with sustainability taxonomies and policies.
- Structured problem solving approach.
- Strong project management skills, including scoping, structuring, and delivering complex projects.
