- This position exists to assist the Premium Billing department with account activities while providing excellent customer service in line with Company Standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage data entry input in several applications making sure they are current and accurate.
- We'll support you 100%
Requirements
- Office environment - no specific or unusual physical or environmental demands and employees are regularly required to sit, walk, stand, talk, and hear.
- Process cancellations and reinstatements notices as required.
Nice to have
- Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an office environment in customer service and/or accounting
Skills
- Knowledge of basic math and accounting concepts is required.
- Working knowledge and skills of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word preferred.
- Ability to understand and carry out simple instructions in standard situations.
- Must be Customer service oriented with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively present information to policyholders, agents, and internal parties.
Compensation
- If hired at ICW Group, your final base salary compensation will be determined by factors unique to each candidate, including experience, education and the location of the role and considers employees performing substantially similar work.
