- Research & Verify Data: Investigate discrepancies by reviewing work order history, manufacturer specifications, equipment photos, vendor documentation, and other available resources to ensure asset data accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Review, update, and maintain accurate customer mechanical asset records within the PVC Asset Center Database, ensuring information reflects the latest equipment service, repairs, and replacements.
Requirements
- One to three years of related experience required, including at least one year maintaining an asset database in a fast-paced, customer service-focused environment.
- Basic understanding of commercial HVAC, plumbing, and other mechanical equipment is required.
- Strong computer skills with experience using CRM systems, data entry, database management, and reporting tools.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of commercial HVAC, plumbing, and other mechanical equipment is required.

Nice to have
- High school diploma or GED required
- a one-year technical or vocational certificate is preferred.
