About the role

  • eQ Homes is looking for a Labourer at our eQuinelle site, located at 298 eQuinelle Drive, Kemptville, ON, K0G 1J0.
  • As a labourer, the primary goal is to support the site supervisor and foremen in maintaining a clean job site, ensuring cleanliness both inside and outside units, and maintaining professional storage of materials at all times, while also being responsible for key accountabilities such as material storage, reporting safety issues, assisting with units under construction, managing temporary heat, and maintaining logs for vehicle and equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains cleaning supplies in the site office.
  • Maintains and transports temporary heaters as per winter heat training provided through eQ.
  • Performs other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job, as requested by management.
  • Willingness and ability to perform daily physical labour
  • Maintains to do lists and reports to supervisor on a daily basis

Requirements

  • Maintains maintenance logs for site vehicle and other equipment as required.
  • Clean driving record (drivers abstract will be required)

Compensation

  • The salary range for this role is $45,000 - $55,000/year.
