Responsibilities

Builds brand loyalty by promoting the rewards program and achieves weekly loyalty sign up goals.
Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Assist in daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures assigned, accurately process transactions, handle cash, and maintain point-of-sale integrity.
Global Agility: Willingness to make changes as suggested by manager on duty to meet store goals and create a positive work environment.
Urgency for Impact: Acts quickly to support sales, loyalty enrollment, and service goals.

Requirements

Must be a minimum of 16 years of age or older.
Lifting and carrying, ability to maneuver and/or lift 25 lbs. regularly, and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
Ability to push/pull full racks of merchandise for restocking the store.
Manual labor is required occasionally to assemble displays and/or rearrange the store layout.
Ability to use fine manipulation, and grasp with hands to sort and organize clothing, ex. place on hangers, folding, organize in color/size order.

Nice to have

This role requires a minimum availability of 12 hours per week including one weekend day.
Additional availability a plus.

Compensation

Annual merit increase or bonus based on performance.
Pay Range for this position is: $12-$16
