About the role

- BME Org-Wide Responsibilities for Consultants: Consultant roles at BME consist of approximately 85% project work, 5% administrative work, and 10% business development.
Responsibilities
- Support multiple client projects through planning, coordination, and administrative support.
- Assist with grants management, including preparing budgets, monitoring spending, developing work plans, and submitting reports.
- Maintain organized records, data, and tracking systems to support internal and client reporting.
- Assist in preparing grant proposals and other funding-related documents.
- Support coalition and partnership activities by helping manage communication and logistics among stakeholders.
- Support the design and implementation of substance use abatement (SUA) strategies, including opioid settlement fund stewardship, community needs assessments, harm reduction programming, and linkage to care coordination for local and state partners Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and client service.

Skills
- Master's degree in Public Health or a related field.
- Minimum 1-4 years of client-facing experience.
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with public health accreditation, quality improvement, or performance management initiatives is desirable.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and standard project management tools.
- A valid driver's license is required.
Compensation
- The salary range for this position is $79,040 - $112,320 annually.
- Please note: New employees are typically brought into the organization at a salary between the range minimum and the salary range midpoint, dependent upon internal equity and the budgeted amount for the position.
