About the role
- We're hiring for an Intake and Engagement Coordinator - a patient-first role supporting our prospective patients into care through outreach, engagement and our free consultation call.
- This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the Intake and Engagement Manager.

Responsibilities
- Manage prospective patient intake phone and text lines for 2 hours/day, engaging patients and scheduling them for their phone consult.
- Manage patient outreach initiatives including call, SMS and email Assist patients with intake form completion Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in our CRM, Hubspot, ensuring data is up-to-date and compliant with privacy regulations.
- Propose updates to key processes as needed to maintain them.
- Our approach delivers exceptional results- 90% of patients experience clinically significant symptom improvement.

- Experience in high call volume or high volume patient interaction roles Details Full-time
