About the role
- We are seeking a professional, results-driven Warehouse Manager for our rapidly growing HVAC and electrical contracting company operating across the US and Canada.
- In this role, you will be responsible for management of the company's Atlanta, GA warehouse.
- You will oversee all aspects of warehouse management - from warehouse set-up, material receiving, kitting for the field service team, and warehouse inventory - ensuring the teams have the materials to be successful everyday.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Manage material runs and garbage/recycling drop-offs
- Perform regular cycle counts and ensure accuracy of inventory records
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Warehouse Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Must be able to operate a forklift.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Proven track record of all aspects of warehouse management.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in ERP systems with NetSuite experience preferable.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain management. Preferably in HVAC, electrical, or similar industrial sectors.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Follows OSHA Electrical Standard
- Follows the Occupational Safety and Health Administration's (OSHA) Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) standard

Compensation
- $75,000 - $90,000 per annum
