- Wilshire's Client Solutions team serves as the interface between the firm and its clients, responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery, maintaining client satisfaction, and fostering long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with marketing, legal, and compliance teams to develop client and product materials, presentations, DDQs, and investment reports, ensuring accuracy
- Manage client on-boarding, initiating KYC and following through to ensure documents are processed in a timely manner
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport, influence stakeholders, and resolve conflicts
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously by showing good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Interest in leveraging approved AI-enabled tools to streamline work processes, enhance productivity, and support high-quality outputs, while applying sound judgment, attention to detail, and adherence to firm policies
- The Client Solutions team also supports underlying investors in Wilshire's alternatives products across hedge funds and private markets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 8 years of experience in client services, relationship management, or similar role within the financial services industry
- Strong understanding of investment products, financial markets, and industry regulations, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to clients effectively
- Proficiency with calculation and interpretation of standard investment performance metrics
- Wilshire is an SEC registered investment adviser and required to track certain political contributions under Rule 206(4)-5.
- As such, you may be required to disclose your prior political contributions.
Compensation
- The pay range for this position is $110,000-$175,000.
- The total compensation package includes eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus and a full range of health and financial benefit offerings, which will be provided in conjunction with an offer of employment.
